Didier Six, who initially announced his resignation as the coach of the Togo national football team, has reportedly reconsidered his decision. According to sources, Six will continue in his role at least until the next World Cup qualifying match against DR Congo in Lomé. His contract is set to run until January 2014. The decision came after discussions between Six and Togolese Football Federation (FTF) officials, during which the coach agreed to stay but requested the payment of his salary arrears, prospecting costs, and other related expenses. Didier Six is said to be preparing the team for the upcoming match, considering including young players from the local championship and recalling names not previously featured in the squad.
