Zimbabwean forward Tino Kadewere has returned to full training with FC Nantes following a four-month absence due to injury.
The 29-year-old last featured for the Ligue 1 side on 3 November 2024 in a match against Olympique de Marseille, before a thigh injury sidelined him.
Initially expected to return at the start of the year, his comeback was delayed after he suffered a setback during rehabilitation.
Kadewere, who previously played for Lyon and Le Havre, has made just eight appearances this season, scoring one goal and providing two assists.
His return could offer a significant boost to FC Nantes as they fight to maintain their top-flight status.
Ahead of their upcoming fixture against Marseille on Sunday for the 24th round of Ligue 1, Nantes sit 14th in the table, five points clear of the relegation playoff spot and seven above the automatic relegation zone.
The striker’s availability will bolster the squad as they seek to climb further away from the drop zone in the crucial final stages of the season.
