Ahmed Raafat, the agent of Ahmed Amin “Qaffa,” the forward for ENPPI, has disclosed the reception of a professional offer for the petroleum team’s striker, with Zamalek showing the most interest in securing the player’s services in Egypt.
Qaffa has been a standout performer for the petroleum team in the current season, netting three goals and providing one assist in seven matches in the Egyptian Premier League.
In an interview with MBC Egypt, Raafat stated, “At the beginning of the season, the player received more than one offer, and at that time, Ayman El-Sharqawy, the club president, closed the door to the departure of any player from the club.”
Raafat clarified, “Within the last 48 hours, an offer arrived from a Swiss club to sign Qaffa.
It is a suitable offer for us, aligning with the player’s aspirations for professionalism, which is a lifelong dream.”
“The teams Al Ahly, Zamalek, and Pyramids are in need of a striker, and Qaffa’s statistics illustrate why these clubs are seeking to acquire him,” Raafat added.
He concluded, “Zamalek is expressing the most interest in securing his services.”
The 27-year-old forward’s contract with ENPPI expires in 2025.
During his tenure with the petroleum team, Qaffa scored 14 goals and provided 2 assists in 38 matches.
As transfer speculation surrounds the talented striker, the competition among Egyptian clubs for his acquisition intensifies, with Zamalek positioning itself at the forefront of the race.
