Stoke City takes disciplinary action: Ryan Mmaee removed from first team

**Stoke City Takes Disciplinary Action: Ryan Mmaee Removed from First Team**

Stoke City’s managerial helm, Steve Schumacher, announced today that Moroccan international Ryan Mmaee has been removed from the first team and relegated to the reserve squad due to disciplinary concerns.

In a candid pre-match press conference, Schumacher addressed the internal disciplinary issue involving Ryan Mmaee, shedding light on the decision to exclude the player from the first-team roster.

“I won’t delve into specifics, but we faced an internal disciplinary problem with Ryan,” remarked Steve Schumacher. “Such conduct is not in line with our expectations for one of our players. Following the Sunderland game, I had a conversation with him and conveyed that he won’t be available for the upcoming matches.”

The English coach further revealed the timeline of Mmaee’s absence, stating, “He wasn’t present in the week leading up to the Leicester game.

He returned this week, engaging in training with the physical trainers, and will continue his training regimen with the under-21s this weekend. At present, he is not available for selection.”

Despite the 26-year-old striker’s commendable record of 4 goals and 3 assists in 23 matches across various competitions with the Championship club, the decision to relegate him to the reserve team underscores the significance that Stoke City places on maintaining discipline and upholding team standards.

As Stoke City prepares for upcoming fixtures, the disciplinary action against Ryan Mmaee signals a commitment to fostering a culture of accountability within the team, ensuring that all players align with the club’s values and expectations.
