Stade Brestois explore Ligue 1 move for Lille winger Noah Edjouma

French-Cameroonian winger Noah Edjouma is being linked with a move from Lille to Stade Brestois, with the proposed switch keeping the 20-year-old in Ligue 1.

Edjouma joined Lille from Toulouse on 2 February 2026 in a €5m transfer and is now under consideration for a move to another French top-flight club. He has not made an appearance for Lille in the opening two possible Ligue 1 matches of the 2026-27 season.

The right winger, who operates on the right side of attack and prefers his left foot, remains contracted to Lille until 30 June 2030. His current market value is listed at €5m, matching the fee Lille paid to sign him from Toulouse.

Edjouma was born in Clamart and holds French and Cameroonian nationality. He developed through Toulouse’s youth system before progressing to the club’s reserve side and then making the move to Lille earlier this year.

The potential transfer would represent a second senior club change for Edjouma, who moved from Toulouse’s reserve team into the first-team setup in January 2025 before joining Lille 13 months later. There is no indication that the move to Brest has been completed, leaving Edjouma’s immediate future at Lille unresolved as the transfer situation develops.
