South African winger Makhlatse Makudubela has parted ways with Congolese giants AS Vita ahead of the upcoming 2025/26 football campaign.
The 35-year-old experienced attacker leaves AS Vita Club following the expiration of his contract on June 30, 2025. Having departed the club, the winger is expected to find himself a new club before the new season commences.
At the expiration of his contract, both parties agreed to go their separate ways, making the winger a free agent.
Makudubela previously played in South Africa for Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates, and also had a spell in the Czech Republic with Karviná FC.
Meanwhile, reports in the media suggests the veteran midfielder is heading to Angola as he seeks for a new challenge.
Makudubela will play for Angolan outfit Wiliete next season and will feature in the CAF Confederation Cup season.
