South African outfit Kaizer Chiefs have parted ways with midfielder Sabelo Radebe after enduring a difficult season.
The 25-year-old spent last season on loan at Richards Bay, but struggled to impress, clocking just 19 minutes across three matches.
Radebe had been part of Kaizer Chiefs’ first team setup since 2021, making only 18 appearances for the Amakhosi, contributing just one decisive action after almost four-year spell.
Having struggled to establish himself as a key member of the team, Kaizer Chiefs have parted ways with their academy product.
The Soweto giants are embarking on a squad overhaul following an inconsistent performance in the recently concluded campaign. Despite winning the Cup competition, Kaizer Chiefs’ performance in the league was below expectations after finishing out of the top eight.
Meanwhile, the Soweto giants have made significant progress in the signing Polokwane City winger Oswin Appollis.
