South African outfit Stellenbosch FC sign prolific forward Muzomuhle Khanyi from Hungry Lions

South African outfit Stellenbosch FC have announced the acquisition of prolific attacker Muzomuhle Khanyi from Hungry Lions in the ongoing summer transfer window.

The 26-year-old joins the Maroons after a stellar season in the National First Division, where he ended the 2024-25 campaign as the league’s leading goalscorer with 18 goals.

Khanyi joins Stellenbosch for an undisclosed transfer fee and will don the jersey number 15 heading into the upcoming 2025/26 football campaign.

Following his unveiling, the highly-rated attacker has expressed his joy while promising to do his best for the club.

“It is a great honor for me to join a club with a winning mentality like Stellenbosch FC. This is one of the best decisions I’ve made in my career, joining this club, and I already feel at home”

“ I’m here to learn. I know it will be tough because I’m new to the club and have come from the NFD. But I hope I can continue to play in the same form as last season.” – said Khanyi.
