This result solidifies Smouha’s qualification for the quarterfinals in the ongoing Professional Club League Cup, marking an impressive performance in the third round of the competition.
Smouha took the lead in the 38th minute of the first half, courtesy of a goal by Mohamed Dahdouh.

In the second half, Smouha extended their lead as Doko Dodo found the net in the 61st minute, securing a comprehensive 2-0 victory over Al Ittihad Alexandria.
