The England- and Nigeria-eligible left winger, currently valued at €2.00m, is under contract at PAOK but on loan at PEC Zwolle, where he wears the number 7 shirt. Transfermarkt lists the probability of the transfer only as “?”, underlining that talks, if any, are at an early and uncertain stage rather than an advanced negotiation. With no contract expiry publicly specified for his PAOK deal, observers have also floated the possibility that a future exit could come via a free-agency scenario, depending on how his situation in Thessaloniki develops.
Shoretire’s existing loan arrangement includes an upcoming scheduled return from PEC Zwolle to PAOK, indicating that any move to Twente would need to be agreed with the Greek club once that loan period is completed. Twente are understood to be monitoring his trajectory in the Eredivisie, where he has been gaining senior experience after a challenging spell in Greece that coincided with a gradual drop in his market value from €4.00m at Manchester United’s academy sides to €2.50m at PAOK and then €2.00m at Zwolle.
Born in Newcastle on 2 February 2004, the 1.79m attacker came through Manchester United’s youth ranks, progressing from the club’s youth team to the Under-18s and then the Under-21s, with a loan stint at Bolton Wanderers in League One.
