Serge Gnabry targets Champions League glory in Munich

Serge Gnabry

Serge Gnabry has his sights set on leading Bayern Munich to a Champions League triumph right in their backyard.

With Bayern dominating the Bundesliga and gearing up to face Inter Milan in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals, the German powerhouse is hungry to make it all the way to the final, hosted in Munich this year.

In a chat with tz.de, Gnabry shared his excitement about the chance to lift the trophy again.

“Of course that would be amazing,” he said, reflecting on Bayern’s past successes.

The winger’s enthusiasm shines through as he envisions a repeat of that glory, this time with the roar of home fans behind them.

“We have this goal in mind-and dream.

“So far it is going well, so it would be nice to repeat the triumph from back then-and that with your own fans in the back at the final. The Champions League victory in Munich is something that we players all dream, dream and dream. If that succeeds, it would be fantastic.”
