Sepp Blatter, the president of FIFA, has been acquitted in a corruption case related to the International Sports and Leisure (ISL) matter by the FIFA Ethics Committee. The committee’s chairman, Hans-Joachim Eckert, stated that “the ISL matter is closed,” and additional proceedings against any other official are not justified.
