Senegal right-back Ousmane Kane joins Naft Missan on a free transfer

Senegal right-back Ousmane Kane has joined Iraqi club Naft Missan on a free transfer from FK Bylis, completing his move from Albania’s Kategoria e Pare to the Iraq Stars League.

The 25-year-old defender’s transfer was completed on 11 August 2026. Kane becomes a Naft Missan player after leaving FK Bylis, with the deal recorded as a free transfer.

Kane was born in Guediawaye, Senegal, on 23 July 2001. He operates primarily at right-back and is right-footed, giving Naft Missan a defender with a clearly defined role on the flank.

Standing at 1.65m, Kane now begins a new chapter in Iraq after his spell in Albanian football. His arrival links the club with a player who has experience in a European domestic league and adds Senegalese representation to Naft Missan’s squad.

The move also marks a change of footballing environment for the defender. FK Bylis compete in Albania’s second-tier Kategoria e Pare, while Naft Missan play in Iraq’s top-level Iraq Stars League.

Kane’s current market value is listed at €150,000, although no transfer fee was required for his move to the Iraqi club. His arrival was registered on the same date the transfer was completed.
