The headquarters of Club Sportif de Bizerte fell victim to an attempted burglary overnight. The club’s general secretary, Sherehan Al Arabi, revealed the unsettling news to local media, stating that unknown individuals had attempted to break into the premises during the night spanning from Sunday, March 3rd, to Monday, March 4th, 2024.
According to Al Arabi, the perpetrators gained entry to the headquarters by forcibly opening one of the windows.
Once inside, they ransacked and tampered with some of the contents but ultimately left without stealing anything of value.
Upon the discovery of the break-in by club staff on Monday morning, local law enforcement agencies were promptly notified. Officers arrived at the scene to conduct necessary forensic examinations and collect fingerprints.
They have since pledged to launch a thorough investigation to identify the perpetrator or perpetrators behind the attempted burglary.
