German Bundesliga side SC Freiburg have reportedly completed a deal to sign Burkina Faso winger Cyriaque Irie from French Ligue 1 outfit Troyes.
The German club showed interest in the youngster at the beginning of the month and has been working on a deal in the last few weeks.
SC Freiburg have gotten their man after an agreement on a deal with the French Ligue 2 side.
Sources have revealed that the German Bundesliga club is paying 10 million euros for the winger.
Cyriaque Irie will move to Freiburg in the summer window later this year to complete the deal.
It is understood that the 19-year-old prodigy already completed his medical examination on Monday, April 28.
At Troyes, Cyriaque Irie made 36 appearances this season, scoring eight goals and providing three assists.
He is expected to continue his development at the German club and could immediately be made part of the SC Freiburg first team for next season’s German Bundesliga campaign.
