Saudi Pro League outfit Al-Shabab FC are interested in signing France-born midfielder of Malian descent, Abdoulaye Doucouré.
The club has reportedly approached the experienced midfielder and hopes to secure his services in the summer transfer window.
Abdoulaye Doucouré, 32, will see his contract with English Premier League club Everton expiring at the end of the 2024/25 football season.
He will leave the club once his current contract with the Toffees expires.
Already, Abdoulaye Doucouré has made the decision not to extend his stay at Everton and wants to move on to a new challenge.
With his departure imminent, Al-Shabab FC have now decided to swoop in to sign the midfielder.
Sources have revealed that the Saudi club’s offer is worth $4m a year. However, Doucouré is yet to accept the offer.
The midfielder will assess the deal and all other offers he will receive when the season ends before deciding whether to agree to the move to Al-Shabab FC or not.
