Eto’o scored in the 67th minute, bringing the score to 3-1 in favor of Anzhi, but Dynamo Moscow managed to equalize with goals from Alan Gatagov in the 73rd minute and Kevin Kuranyi in the 88th minute. The match ended in a 3-3 draw. Despite the result, Anzhi Makachkala sits in 3rd place in the standings, far behind Zenit St. Petersburg (2nd with 53 points) and CSKA Moscow (leader with 57 points).
