On Wednesday evening, RS Berkane and Wydad Casablanca will embark on a joint air journey to Botswana and South Africa for consecutive matches in the African Champions League and the CAF Confederation Cup.
According to a reliable source speaking to “Hesport,” the Wydad delegation will convene at Oujda Airport tomorrow evening, where they will meet with the RS Berkane delegation.
Subsequently, both delegations will depart together on a direct flight to Libreville International Airport in Gabon, then to Francistown Airport in Botswana, where the Wydad team will disembark.
The journey will continue to South Africa, where the Berkane team will compete in Polokwane.
Upon the return journey, the Wydad delegation will wait a day at their accommodation in Botswana to allow space for the RS Berkane team to play their match on Sunday, considering Wydad’s scheduled match on Saturday.
Wydad Casablanca is set to face Jwaneng Galaxy from Botswana in the fifth round of the Champions League on the coming Saturday, while RS Berkane will take on Sekhukhune United from South Africa on Sunday.
