Koffi N’Dri, widely known as Romaric, has mutually terminated his contract with Real Zaragoza, as announced by the Spanish club on Saturday. Romaric departs Zaragoza after just one season, and the primary reason for this decision is the club’s relegation to the second division.
The 30-year-old midfielder will now be seeking a new club in the coming weeks. Romaric, who formerly played for Sevilla, had hinted at the possibility of a departure at the end of the season, and he expressed openness to various options, including a potential return to France. In a statement to So Foot last March, the Ivorian international mentioned, “If a good offer comes in, a good proposal, I will study it. Any big championship. Or even a return to France.”
