Former Cameroonian international, Roger Milla, has made intriguing remarks regarding the Moroccan national team’s contribution to Ivory Coast’s qualification for the Africa Cup of Nations Round of 16.
Speaking as a guest on “la3 tv,” Roger Milla stated, “The Moroccan national team was not responsible for Ivory Coast’s advancement to the Round of 16 in the Africa Cup of Nations.
They qualified with the three points they earned.”
He added, “I saw Max Gradel raising the Moroccan flag after the end of the match.
I wished to see him raise the flag of Ivory Coast.”
Renowned for his controversial statements, former Cameroonian star Roger Milla has frequently criticized Morocco on several occasions.
