Ricardo Batista linked with Liga 3 switch to L. Alentejo
Ricardo Batista, the Angola and Portugal-nationality goalkeeper at Casa Pia, is reportedly being targeted by L. Alentejo for a move to Liga 3.
The 39-year-old’s contract with Casa Pia was due to expire on 30 June 2026, meaning the proposed transfer would come after the end of his current agreement with the Liga Portugal club. No confirmation has been given that a deal has been completed.
Batista’s possible move would take him from Portugal’s top division to L. Alentejo in the third tier, with the clubs operating in different levels of the domestic game. His listed market value is €100,000.
The goalkeeper remains associated with Casa Pia while the rumour develops. Any move to L. Alentejo would therefore represent a change of club after the expiry of his Casa Pia contract, rather than a deal completed during the previous contract period.
