Stade Rennais is taking precautions ahead of the League Cup final, and as a result, Jean II Makoun, who is under the threat of suspension, will not be playing against PSG in the upcoming match. The decision was made by coach Frédéric Antonetti to ensure Makoun’s availability for the final.
John Mensah and Kevin Théophile Catherine are also not included in the squad for the PSG game. Additionally, Herita Ilunga, who has recently returned from injury, was left out of the group.
Rennes is set to face Saint-Etienne in the League Cup final on April 20.
