Wydad Casablanca right-back Fahad Moufi has voiced his frustration over what he perceives as unfair officiating against his team.
Following their 1-1 draw with Ittihad Tangier on Saturday, Moufi expressed his concerns about refereeing decisions, suggesting that Wydad has been on the receiving end of repeated mistakes.
“There are mistakes made against us that are not counted, while incorrect decisions are given in favour of our opponents,” he said.
“Incorrect offside calls are announced against us, and we are suspended, whether with or without VAR. Most of the refereeing decisions have been against us, and this has harmed us greatly, and we no longer understand why.”
With Wydad currently in third place with 43 points after 25 matches, Moufi emphasized that the team’s struggles are not due to their coach but rather the officiating.
