Ibrahim Said, former Egyptian football star, revealed that Ramadan Sobhi, a player for the first football team of Pyramids Club, has expressed his intention to join Zamalek.
In a televised statement, Ibrahim Said said, “Ramadan Sobhi has put an end to the speculation and informed Pyramids Club’s management of his desire to move to Zamalek during the upcoming season.”
He added, “Ramadan Sobhi, a player for Pyramids Club, has definitively requested to leave for Zamalek at the end of the season.”
Clarifying further, he stated, “The player refuses to continue with Pyramids and believes he needs to join a big fanbase club to showcase his true potential.”
Said concluded, “Ramadan Sobhi aims to emulate Abdullah El-Said’s experience after it was confirmed that he would not return to Al Ahly.”
It’s worth noting that the board of directors of Zamalek Club, led by Captain Hussein Labib, signed Abdullah El-Said, a star of the Pyramids team, for a season and a half during the current winter transfer window.
Abdullah El-Said signed the transfer contracts to the White Castle in a meeting with Zamalek Club’s board of directors after concluding negotiations between the two clubs on all the details of the deal.
