Raja Club Athletic has turned down all proposals from former Atlas Lions midfielder Fayçal Fajr despite several days of negotiations.
Multiple reports suggest that the club finalised the signing of Ismail El Mokadem, who returns to Raja following a stint with Saudi Arabia’s Al-Ula, marking the conclusion of a summer transfer window that saw 12 players join the club.
The window began with the return of team captain Badr Banoun from Qatar, signalling Raja’s intent to strengthen the squad.
Currently, six players are absent as they participate in the Moroccan CHAN finals.
Coach Lassaad Chabbi has expressed satisfaction with the roster, particularly following the acquisition of Abdullah Khafi, who is expected to boost the team’s attacking options, a move Chabbi had hoped to make during his time in the Kuwaiti league.
