Egyptian international Ramadan Sobhi has yet to feature for Pyramids FC in the ongoing Premier League campaign, raising eyebrows.

Sobhi has already missed the initial three games for the reigning Champions League holders and is set to be out of the game against Modern Sport on Monday evening.

According to reports, the Egyptian international has yet to receiver from a hamstring injury he suffered during preseason training camp in Turkey, leading to his absence from the team.

Sobhi was arrested for two days on his arrival in Egypt, delaying his rehabilitation program towards his recovery.

The winger recently returned to group training and was in line to return to the matchday squad until the pain in his adductor reoccurred.

He is expected to undergo a medical examination in the coming hours to determine his fitness for the Al-Ahly match, scheduled for next Saturday, in the fifth round of the league.

Pyramids have managed one win and two draws after three matches into the Premier League campaign.

The Egyptian winger will be hoping for a swift return to the team as the 2025/26 football campaign unfolds.
