Pyramids FC and Zamalek SC have booked their places in the final of the Egyptian Cup after securing victories in their respective semi-final matches on Friday, March 28, 2025.
Pyramids FC delivered a commanding performance against National Bank of Egypt, securing a resounding 4-0 victory.
The opening goal came from Congolese international Fiston Mayele in the 14th minute, setting the tone for a dominant display.
Ahmed Atef doubled the lead four minutes later before Burkinabé midfielder Blati Touré added a third in the 25th minute.
Ramadan Sobhi sealed the win in the 63rd minute, capping off a comprehensive display from Krunoslav Jurcic’s side.
Zamalek SC, meanwhile, faced a tougher challenge against Ceramica Cleopatra but emerged with a 2-1 victory.
Veteran playmaker Abdallah El Said put Zamalek ahead in the 33rd minute, only for their opponents to mount a spirited response.
However, Ahmed Sayed Zizo struck in the dying moments of the match, securing Zamalek’s place in the final.
