Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) will benefit financially if Eintracht Frankfurt sanctions the transfer of France born striker of Cameroonian descent Hugo Ekitike.
Hugo Ekitike signed for Frankfurt from PSG in 2024 on a permanent deal after initially spending a loan stint at the club.
After just a year, the 22-year-old is attracting interest from some of Europe’s top clubs following an impressive campaign in the German Bundesliga.
This season, the forward has scored 22 goals and provided 10 assists in 45 appearances across all competitions for Frankfurt.
According to reports by sources in England, Frankfurt are open to selling the forward this summer and have reportedly set his price tag at €80 million.
If the deal goes through, PSG are expected to earn at least €16 million thanks to a 20% sell-on clause included in his original transfer agreement.
Already, Liverpool and Chelsea are said to be keeping tabs on Hugo Ekirike and want to make a move for his signature in the summer transfer window.
