Marco Verratti has decided to stay with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) despite interest from Napoli. The Italian midfielder, instead of transferring, renegotiated his contract with PSG and secured a raise. Verratti extended his contract by one year until 2018 and will now receive an annual salary of 3 million euros. He joined PSG in 2012 and has become an integral part of the team.
