Portuguese defender Guilherme Ferreira is expected to leave Moroccan side Wydad Athletic Club.
Ferreira featured in all three games played at the FIFA Club World Cup as Wydad finished at the bottom of their group.
Following their exit, the left-back is now expected to leave the North African club after a brief spell.
Ferreira bid farewell to reporters in a manner that suggested he would not be continuing with the Botola Pro 1 outfit next season.
It is also believed the defender did not depart with the Wydad delegation after the team’s defeat to Al Ain last week.
Ferreira joined the club on loan from Felgueiras in the recently concluded season.
