Odaïr Fortes, the Reims player, will not participate in the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations (CAN) with Cape Verde. It’s a last-minute withdrawal. Consequently, the Cape Verdean coach has called up Platini, who plays for Santa Clara in the Portuguese 2nd division.
It seems a Platini will be part of the CAN!
