Pitso Mosimane’s key condition for taking over as Zamalek SC’s head coach has come to light.
The South African coach, who recently parted ways with Iran’s Esteghlal FC, has been strongly linked with the Egyptian giants.
Zamalek are currently searching for a new head coach after Portuguese manager Jose Peseiro left the club in May.
According to Egyptian media reports, several intermediaries have informally approached Mosimane about the Zamalek job, although no official talks have taken place yet.
Sources reveal that Mosimane is open to coaching various clubs, provided his demands are met.
“Mosimane is willing to manage any team as long as a suitable agreement is reached with the club’s management,” a source confirmed.
Mosimane previously coached in Egypt, managing 102 matches with a record of 65 wins, 26 draws, and 11 losses.
During his time at Al Ahly, he led the club to consecutive CAF Champions League and CAF Super Cup titles.
