French Ligue 1 giant Paris Saint Germain are seeking to secure the services of Guinea international Serhou Guirassy as the summer transfer window approaches.
Guirassy, who plies his trade for Borussia Dortmund has become a transfer target for several clubs following his impressive performance in Germany this season.
The 29-year-old has established a reputation as one of the best attacker globally, and the French outfit are among the clubs desperate to land the Guinea star.
Despite exhibiting top performance domestically and in Europe, PSG intends to further strengthen their squad for the upcoming campaign.
According to reports, PSG are closely monitoring the Guinean forward and are keen to secure his signature. However, Guirassy’s contract with Borussia contains a release clause that can only be activated by certain Premier League and La Liga clubs.
Meanwhile, PSG will have to negotiate directly with Dortmund over the transfer terms. It is said Guirassy is currently content with life in Dortmund, although the club’s failure to qualify for the Champions League could significantly alter his perspective.
This season, the 29-year-old has racked up 33 goals across competitions and delivering 9 assists in 44 matches.
