Ousmane Dembele is ending the season on a high with Paris Saint-Germain, and he’s pointing to one thing behind his rise—his teammates.
In a recent chat with FIFA, the 27-year-old forward shared how the strong bond within the PSG squad has pushed him to his best form yet. Dembele, once at Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund, is shining brighter than ever in Paris.
The winger credits the club’s unity for his improved performance, noting how their teamwork makes his goals and assists possible.
“As I’ve said often enough, it’s more a question of teamwork. The team helps me enormously in scoring goals and making assists. We’re making progress from match to match, and I think that if I’ve had a successful season, it’s also thanks to the team,” said Dembele.
For him, winning with PSG matters most.
“It’s thanks to the team that I’m in this form. The biggest objective is to win titles with Paris Saint-Germain. Individual titles are just a bonus for me.”
