Morocco international Abdelhamid Ait Boudlal says his outfit ultimate goal is to annex the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations title as the team gears up for the semi-final showdown against Nigeria.
The Atlas Lions takes on the Super Eagles of Nigeria at the Stade Prince Moulay Abdallah in a fierce encounter on Wednesday, with victory crucial to securing qualification to the finals of the tournament.
While Nigeria remain the only team to have secured victories in all five games at the tournament, the Atlas Lions has four wins and a draw.
Boudlal, who plies his trade for Stade Rennes has declared his outfit readiness for the Nigeria showdown, while setting sights on the title.
“We believe in hard work, we prepare well, and we adhere to the instructions of our coach, Walid Regragui.”
“We are as prepared to face Nigeria as we are for the rest of the matches, and our goal is to win the title.”
The winner of the match is scheduled to face either Senegal or Egypt in the final of the continental showpiece, being held in Morocco.
