It appears that Ghanaian player Opoku Agyemang has faced challenges in traveling to Egypt for tests with Al Ahly. Despite receiving an invitation from the Cairo club in November and a postponement to this week, Agyemang, who has struggled with injuries, has missed an opportunity to potentially join Al Ahly. The club was considering him as a recruit to address the departure of Ivorian player Oussou Konan to the Saudi club Hajr. As of now, Mauritanian Dominique Silva is the only expatriate player in the club, but his future with the team is uncertain.
