Olympique Safi head coach, Amin El Karma has shared his outfit ambition following the club’s historic qualification to the CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
The Moroccan outfit are set for an unprecedented appearance in Africa after defeating RS Berkane in the Throne Cup.
Ahead of the club’s historic participation, Amin El Karma has set sights on making a meaningful impact in the campaign.
“Of course, this is a historic participation, and we are happy about it. Therefore, we will have to go far and represent Moroccan football in a worthy manner, as it is the title holder of the competition, just as Moroccan clubs are the most successful in its history.”
“Some players left and others signed. I preferred to stay and continue out of conviction in the project and to repay the fans for their support. The preparation period has been ideal, and we still have a lot of work ahead of us.”
While the team gear up for the Confederation Cup, the gaffer has one eye on domestic competitions.
“We also have league goals that must be achieved, God willing” he said.
