Moroccan teenager Abdellah Ouazane has officially signed his contract with Dutch giants Ajax.
The Dutch Eredivisie outfit on Monday, August 4, announced that the 16-year-old has inked a contract until June 2030.
“Ajax has signed Abdellah Ouazane. The sixteen-year-old midfielder has signed a contract running until June 30, 2028,” Ajax announced in an official club statement.
Born in Amsterdam, the teenager started his football career at partner club AVV Zeeburgia, before making the switch to Ajax’s youth academy in 2016.
The Moroccan youth international progressed through several youth teams and will be part of the Ajax U23 squad this season.

Speaking on the decision to sign the teenager, Director of Football at Ajax, Marijn Beuker said the club is confident he will excel for the U23 team in the 2025/26 football season.
“We are absolutely delighted to have been able to sign Abdellah today. He is a creative attacking midfielder who plays a key role in both scoring goals and providing assists. He has the ability to link up midfielders and attackers, and to create danger through incisive passes and dribbles.
“Abdellah has excellent vision, and I’m confident he will also showcase his qualities at Ajax U23 this season,” Marijn Beuker said.
