The 24-year-old was forced off in the first half in his outfit game against Mansoura in the 32nd round of the Egypt Cup.
Awujoola sustained a severe bruise in the knee after clashing with Mansoura’s goalkeeper in the highly competitive clash.
The talented winger is expected to under further examinations and x-rays to ensure further reassurance and fully clarify the nature of the injury.
Awujoola has been impressive for Pyramids in the ongoing campaign, scoring three goals and providing two assists from 11 games in the Egyptian Premier League.
In all competitions, the on-loan Ceramica Cleopatra star has racked up 32 appearances four goals and providing 4 assists.
