With less than a month until the commencement of the tournament, the meticulous coach has entrusted this initial group of 30 players, with a subsequent announcement of the final squad expected after the preparatory phase concludes.

The quartet comprises Daniel Bameyi, Benjamin Frédérick, Nathaniel Nwuso, and Daniel Daga, each bringing valuable experience to the team.
Furthermore, the roster reflects a blend of emerging talents and seasoned players from the previous U-17 generation, exemplified by the inclusion of Charles Agada, Danjuma Lawali, and Emmanuel Mickaël.
Nigeria, having secured the silver medal in the previous edition, is determined to make a formidable impact in Group B, where they are joined by Uganda, South Sudan, Senegal, and Tunisia.
