Nigeria international Ademola Lookman is facing more time on the sideline after picking up a knee injury at Atalanta.
Lookman, who is the reigning African Footballer of the Year has been ruled out of his outfit Champions League cash against Barcelona, scheduled for Wednesday in Spain.
Aside the Barcelona clash, Lookman is expected to miss a couple of Serie A games considering the level of the injury sustained.
His injury comes as huge blow for Atalanta as they take on Barcelona, who has been impressive in the Champions campaign so far.
The 27-year-old Nigeria international has racked up four goals and provided two assists from six games in the Champions League group phase.
In all competitions, he has managed 27 appearances for Atalanta, scoring 14 goals and providing seven assists across the period.
