Nigeria international Ademola Lookman is desperate to secure a move to the Premier League ahead of the summer transfer window.
Lookman, who is set to depart Atalanta at the end of the season has attracted several interest from clubs including Paris Saint Germain and others.
However, the enterprising Nigeria forward has reportedly requested to be sold to the Premier League in the next window, with Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal jostling for his signature.
Atalanta agreed to allow the reigning African Footballer of the Year leave at the end of the 2024/25 campaign.
The Nigeria international’s departure intensified after a public row with his manager Gian Piero Gasperini following the club’s elimination from the Champions League.
Lookman was heavily criticized by his coach after missing a penalty in Atalanta’s home defeat to Club Brugge in the Champions League playoffs.
Despite Gasperini claiming his comment has no malicious intent, Lookman intend to leave Atalanta when the season ends.
The African Footballer of the Year is currently considered as one of the most exciting players in European football.
He scored a legendary hat-trick for Atalanta in the 3-0 Europa League final victory over Bayer Leverkusen last season.
He has continued his brilliant form into the 2024/2025 season, scoring 17 goals and delivering seven assists in all competitions.
