This morning, Africatopsports reported on the preparations of the new technical staff for an upcoming training camp in Lisbon. Now, the details are clearer with the release of the list of 27 players called up for this gathering, as announced on Thursday.
Badou Zaki, recently appointed as coach, will lead the group to Portugal on May 20. Notably, Marouane Chamakh makes a return to the squad, bringing his experience and aerial prowess as a striker for Crystal Palace.
The technical staff has scheduled two matches during the camp. The Atlas Lions will face Mozambique and Angola.
Following this, the team will reconvene in Marrakech at the end of May for another match against Senegal, followed by a fixture on June 6 in Moscow against Russia.
