Morocco international Brahim Diaz has reached a significant milestone in his career at Spanish club Real Madrid, having made his 100th appearance for the team.
Diaz, who switched allegiance to represent Morocco at the international level made substitute appearance when Real Madrid defeated Real Sociedad in the Spanish Copa del Rey semifinal clash on Wednesday night.
The 25-year-old attacker was introduced in the 84th minute, contributing his quota towards the teams’ victory at the Reale Arena.
The former AC Milan player is in his fourth season at Real Madrid, winning several laurels with the team.
Since joining, he has won 1 Champions League, 1 Club World Cup, 1 European Super Cup, 2 La Liga titles, and 2 Spanish Super Cups.
He has also played 66 matches in La Liga, 17 in the Champions League, 11 in the Copa del Rey, 4 in the Spanish Super Cup, and 1 each in the European Super Cup and Club World Cup.
His busiest season was last year, when he featured in 44 matches. So far, he has managed 70 wins from his 100 games for the club.
Brahim has also scored 19 goals for Real Madrid. With more games ahead, he will look to increase his numbers and continue contributing to the team’s success.
