Forbes has spotlighted Moroccan stars Achraf Hakimi and Brahim Diaz among the most valuable Arab footballers currently lighting up Europe’s top leagues.
Leading the list is Paris Saint-Germain full-back Achraf Hakimi, whose market value stands at an impressive $93.6 million.
The 25-year-old has continued to dominate headlines both at home and abroad with his standout performances for PSG, where he’s played a pivotal role since joining the French giants in 2021.
Forbes highlighted Hakimi’s historic achievements, noting his recent distinction as the second African player to win the UEFA Champions League with two different clubs, following PSG’s European triumph in 2025.
The publication also underlined his domestic dominance, having clinched a fourth consecutive Ligue 1 title this past season.
Among the accolades credited to Hakimi is the 2025 Prix Marc-Vivien Foé award, which he secured in May as the best African player in Ligue 1.
Widely regarded as the world’s top right-back, the Moroccan international is now attracting support for a Ballon d’Or nomination.
Real Madrid midfielder Brahim Diaz also earned a spot in the top five, ranking fourth with a market value of $46.8 million.
The versatile attacker enjoyed a strong season with Los Blancos, registering six goals and six assists across 55 appearances in all competitions.
Joining the two Moroccans on the list are Egyptian forward Omar Marmoush, who placed second with a market value of $87.8 million, and Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah, ranked third at $58.5 million.
Rounding out the top five is Algerian-French defender Rayan Aït-Nouri of Manchester City, whose market value was estimated at $41 million.
The rankings reflect the growing influence and marketability of Arab footballers on the global stage, as they continue to make their mark at the highest level of the sport.
