Morocco U-20 head coach Mohamed Ouahbi has announced his 26-man squad for the upcoming U-20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), which will take place in Egypt from April 27 to May 18.
The squad boasts a strong mix of homegrown talent and players based abroad. Notable names include defender Abdelhamid Ait Boudlal from French side Stade Rennais and FC Twente centre-back Julien Misbahi.
Union Touarga striker Mouad Dahhak, who has been in fine form in the Botola Pro 1 this season, is also among the key call-ups.

This year’s AFCON serves as a crucial stage for showcasing rising African talent. The top four teams from the tournament will secure their places at the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile, scheduled from June 30 to July 22.
