English side, Hull City have completed the signing of Moroccan youngster, Reda Laalaoui.
The 20-year-old joined the Skybet Championship side on a four-year deal from Fath Union Sport.
Speaking to Hull City’s media, Laalaoui said: “I am really happy to join Hull City. It is a historic club in England, and I am looking forward to helping the team and making the supporters happy.
“It’s a well-known team in England, and one of my dreams was to play in England. As you know, it’s one of the best leagues in the world, and I am here to improve myself, and it’s important for my development.
“I always work hard for the team, and I play with a lot of grit. I always play to win, and I am here to win.
“I am looking forward to seeing the fans at the MKM Stadium and I will do my best to make them happy,” he added.
Laalaoui made his first-team debut just over a year ago, and he’s been on the rise ever since. Last season, he featured 25 times in all competitions, scoring four goals and notching three assists.
Comfortable in central midfield, behind the striker or out wide, Laalaoui would add versatility and a creative spark. In total, he played 54 games for FUS Rabat before making the jump to Hull City.
He’s also been a regular for Morocco’s U20 national team, picking up 24 caps and scoring six goals. He starred at the recent Africa U20 Cup of Nations, grabbing the winner against Kenya in the opening match and helping Morocco reach the final.
