Moroccan teenager Zakaria Ouazane has signed a new deal with Ajax, extending his stay at the club until 2027.
The Dutch Eredivisie giants announced the deal in an official statement on Monday, August 4.
“Ajax has signed Zakaria Ouazane. The eighteen-year-old forward has signed a contract running until June 30, 2027,” the club said in an official statement.

Born in September 2006, Zakaria Ouazane commenced his football career at partner club AVV Zeeburgia and joined Ajax’s youth academy in 2016.
This season, Ouazane is part of the Ajax U23 squad.
Speaking on the decision to tie Zakaria Ouazane down to a new deal, Director of Football Marijn Beuker said, “Zakaria is a physically strong striker with a sharp eye for goal. He identifies space in the opposition’s penalty area and is able to pose a threat. With his specific qualities, he adds value to our squad, and we hope he can demonstrate that this season with Ajax U23.”
