Las Palmas secured a hard-fought draw against hosts Getafe, ending 3-3 in Saturday’s match, as part of the Spanish League’s 27th round.
Getafe took the lead through Jaime Mata in the 11th minute, and just three minutes later, Mason Greenwood scored the second goal. Sandro Ramirez netted Las Palmas’ first goal in the 35th minute.
In the final minute of the first half, Nemanja Maksimovic scored Getafe’s third goal, leaving his team-leading 3-1 at halftime.
In the second half, Las Palmas improved their performance. In the 50th minute, Sergio Cardona scored the second goal, followed by Moroccan player Mounir El Haddadi adding the third goal just seven minutes later.
Las Palmas increased their points tally to 37, securing the eighth position, while Getafe raised their points to 35, landing them in the tenth position.
