Moroccan midfielder Azzedine Ounahi, currently on loan at Greek club Panathinaikos, has caught the attention of the Saudi Professional League.
Reports suggest that Ounahi is being considered for a move to the Saudi league in the upcoming summer transfer window.
It is reported that Olympique Marseille, where Ounahi is under contract until 2027, is looking for a transfer fee of €12 million for the player’s departure.
Last April, it was revealed that Moroccan goalkeeper Yassine Bounou, who plays for Al Hilal, had influenced Ounahi’s potential move to the Saudi League.
Marseille initially kept the 24-year-old until September before loaning him out to Panathinaikos for the remainder of the season.
This season, Ounahi has made 33 appearances for Panathinaikos, contributing 10 goals—3 of which he scored and 7 through assists.
